Our Return Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Like the perfect fit we strive for in our collections, we want every aspect of your experience to feel just right.

Note on Final Sale Items: For the integrity of certain premium categories, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or personalized tailoring. These items are marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Simple Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and prepaid shipping label for US returns. International customers will receive instructions for return shipping.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package items with original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form (emailed with your RAN). Affix the provided label and drop at any DHL/FedEx location.

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. We’ll email confirmation once processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of return approval:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless due to our error

Exchanges ship immediately upon approval. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you—because even the finest tailoring sometimes requires adjustment.
