We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available for all orders

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding restricted regions in Asia and certain remote areas). Customs processing may add additional time.

Our Return Guarantee

We stand behind every piece in our collection. If your purchase doesn’t meet our exacting standards—or yours—we’ll make it right with the efficiency of a master tailor correcting a bespoke suit.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Return Method: Prepaid label provided for US customers (international customers responsible for return shipping)

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear
  • Personalized Tailoring

These items are clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Prepaid shipping label (US customers)
  • International return instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package items with:

  • Original tags and packaging
  • Completed return form (emailed with your RAN)

Affix the provided label and drop at any DHL/FedEx location.

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. We’ll email confirmation once processed.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Processed within 3 business days of return approval
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless due to our error

Exchanges

Exchanges ship immediately upon approval. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
